Reserve a place in the course

The customer reserves a place in the course by confirming the order with the button at the bottom of the order form. The customer then has 3 working days to complete payment. If the customer fails to complete payment in time, the customer loses his reserved place in the course. The reservation is completed when the payment is received by Dirk's Projects.

When is cancellation possible?

The customer

• The customer may cancel up to one week before the start of the course. For the refund policy, see 'Refund Policy'.

Dirk's Projects

• Dirk's Projects may cancel the course at any time.

Refund Policy

The customer

• If the customer cancels his place in the course before four weeks before the start of the course, the customer will receive 100% of the purchase price back.
• If the customer cancels his place in the course after four weeks before the start of the course, the customer will receive 50% of the purchase price back.

Dirk's Projects

• If Dirk's Projects cancels the course, the customer will receive 100% of the purchase price back.

What is included in the course?

• Three days beginners piano tuning course.
• The course is given in Dutch and English.
• Certificate of participation.
• Lunch.

What is not included in the course?

• Accommodation. More information can be found on the page 'Important information'.
• Travel and transport. There is an exception for transport from the bus stop 'Donkerbroek Provincialeweg' to the course room and back to the bus stop. More information about this exception can be found on the page 'Travel advice'.
• Breakfast and dinner.
