What can I say? A very good product attended by a very professional Dirk.
I bought this product over a year ago and have been very pleased with how it helps me to keep my harmonicas in check.
A couple of weeks ago I formatted my computer and had problems reinstalling the tuner. YESTERDAY I sent an email to Dirk asking for orientation and today (Sunday!) my tuner has been installed to its rightful place on my computer.

I'm still gathering the tools to service my own chromatic, and Dirk's Harmonica Tuner provides a tuner which functions fine with my AT2020 USB microphone. Dirk must sit up all night beside his computer because he answered my e-mails requesting information immediately, even though it was midnight in the Netherlands. The full version installed and functioned perfectly. It's a great tuning tool!
